HM-S400 Automatic Four-Corner Pasting Machine — the foundation. The line begins here. The HM-S400 takes greyboard and pastes all four corners to form a precise box shell, handling finished box sizes up to 450 x 400 x 130 mm and greyboard from 1 to 3 mm thick, at speeds up to 60 boxes per minute. With its compact footprint and stable taping system, it is the reliable starting point that determines the accuracy of everything that follows.
HM-600D Automatic Gluing and Spotter Machine — the precision heart. Cover paper is fed, glued, and then positioned onto the box shell with extraordinary accuracy, thanks to a camera tracking system working in tandem with a SCARA robot arm. Computer-based digital parameter setting, full servo control, automatic error stop, a smart glue tank with 24-hour heated glue, and anindependent feed conveyor all contribute to outputs of 25 to 50 boxes per minute. An optional hardcover lining function extends the machine's versatility across premium packaging.
HM-PK850D Automatic Four-side Folding-in Machine — the versatile folder. Driven by servo motors and mechanical cams under PLC control with a touch-screen interface, the HM-PK850D folds all four sides of a hard case in a single pass — a job it performs either as a standalone unit or inline as part of the line. It is specially suited to wine boxes, book covers, gift boxes, and tea boxes, handling cover sizes up to 1250 x 760 mm, and its cam-based transmission means stable operation, a low failure rate, and dependable efficiency.
HM-500Z Automatic Box Forming Machine — the finisher. The Dream Team's final station forms and wraps the box into its finished state. Computer-controlled parameter settings, Panasonic sensor protection, Schneider electric components, and a servo motor drive system ensure consistent, high-quality results, with optional capability for irregular-shaped boxes. Finished box sizes up to 500 x 400 x 120 mm round out a line that is as flexible as it is fast.
Together, these four stations tell a single story: greyboard enters, passes through corner pasting, cover-paper feeding, gluing, spotting, pressing, four-side folding, and final forming — and a finished rigid box emerges, box after box, in a seamless automated flow. That is the Dream Team in action.
