However, operators cannot meet both the Max. sizes and the Min. sizes on the same box at the same time. Therefore, production planning should be adjusted in advance to match the selected box specification and material structure.

For slanting boxes, the cover paper folds into the bottom, and the process requires an additional bubble pressing machine to complete the finishing step. Specifically, the operator starts from the lowest point of the inner box and draws a line toward the high side based on the slanting angle. If the beveled folding cover paper falls below this line, then the system defines it as folding-into-the-bottom. In addition, production speed of the rigid box machine depends on box size, paper type, and greyboard materials. Therefore, different configurations directly affect overall output efficiency. Finally, the seller does not include an air compressor. Instead, users must prepare a compressor with 8 atm (0.808 MPa) and 7.5 kW power on their own.
